How long will my order take?

My processing times do vary per product but most clothing items are on a 7-10 working day turnaround and all other shop items are up to 5 working day turnaround.  If your order includes multiple items including clothing then it will work on the latter dispatch time for clothing as stated above as all items for your order will be dispatched together.

In busy periods like Christmas, this time may be extended and be announced via the website home page. 

Turnaround times does not include weekends and/or bank holidays or the day of  when the order is placed e.g if you place your order on a Monday this is not included as a working day and the 1st working day would be Tuesday.

If you do require your item by a particular date please email me to check this can be accomdated first before placing your order.

How much is postage?

Postage is charge based on weight so the best way to find out is add everything to the basket and it will automatically calculate. All postage is combined so you'll only pay what you need to.

Express Delivery is sent by 1st class signed or depending on weight/size of parcel then courier with delivery in 1-2 working days. Please note express delivery does not speed up the processing time for your order only when you will receive your order once dispatched.

Standard Delivery is sent by 2nd class signed delivery or depending on weight/size of parcel then courier with delivery in 3-5 working days.

DROP OFF (LOCAL NN12) is for customers local to me where I can drop off orders once completed. This must be confirmed prior to an order being placed. If this option is selected at checkout for non local orders, I will cancel your order and refund.

 

Can you rush my order?

I will always try to accomdate any rush orders, please send an email here to ask, there may be a small fee chargable for this.

During busy periods like Christmas this may not be possible.

 

Do you accept returns, cancellations or exchanges?

Personalised & custom made items are non refundable.

As the majority of my items are personalised or custom made, unless there is a fault I can not accept returns on these items. If you need to speak to me regarding your order then please email me.

In the event that an item does need to be returned then please email me to obtain a returns number and return address details.

Returns:

I don't accept returns (unless faulty and must be returned with 14 days from purchase) as most items are made to order and/or personalised. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is correct for any personalisation and delivery address details at time of ordering. You will be charged again for any redelivery of returned items.

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn/unused, unwashed and with any tags attached.
  • Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a fully tracked and signed service, I am unable to refund/exchange any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
  • Once I receive your return your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days, this does not include the original postage cost.
  • I operate a 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends).  Goods must be back with me by the 14th day.  The returns period starts from the first day delivery was attempted.  If you return something outside of the returns period, you will receive a Credit Voucher.

 

Cancellations:

I gladly accept cancellations, you need to request a cancellation within:  12 hours of purchase.

As all items are made to order sometimes the stock maybe unavailable, in the event any part of your order is unavailable I will contact you to advise and suggest any alternatives or cancel and refund your order.

Exchanges:

For non-custom requested clothing and/or non-personalised clothing then I can exchange items for different sizes if required on a like for like basis (applies to full price items only).

Can I change a design or request a custom item?

I can accommodate custom requests or alter some of the design available on the products please email me.

Can I collect my order?

I am a residential property so insurance doesn't permit visitors, however for local customers to NN12 (3 miles radius) I can drop off your order, this must be arranged prior to your order being placed or your order may be cancelled.
